Historic Note - Week of May 21st
The Livingston Enterprise, May 21, 1887
We are informed that he good people at Cooke have been considerably irritated of late regarding the irregularity of the mail system between here and that point, and in justice to ourselves we desire to state that the ENTERPRISE is always mailed on Saturday morning in time to catch both the eastern and western trains, so the alleged irregularity must exist with the postal department, and immediate steps should be taken to remedy it.
